It’s been a while and I couldn’t be more excited to post this episode with Carole-Ann Mobley and Stephanie Cox.

Not everyday do I have the opportunity to sit down and learn from two extremely successful women in the entertainment industry who happen to be best friends for 30 years.

Both Stephanie and Carole-Ann arrived here in Nashville in 1989 with a dream to work in the music business and with no idea how or what they were going to do.

Job after job, they “landed up” and both women have worked and signed some of country’s biggest names.

They thank their mentors and people who helped them along their way for their long, successful careers here in Nashville.

Carole-Ann now runs her own company called CAM Creative which she founded in 2015 while Stephanie is the SR. VP of Creative at Kobalt Music.

They are ready to spill on just how they’ve thrived in their careers, started their own businesses and what a work-life balance looks like.

We take a deep dive into how the industry has changed over 30 years and the power of a one-way flight.
